Delivery Information

At Zam Zam Incense Wholesale, we aim to dispatch all orders within 1–5 working days of cleared payment. During peak periods such as Summer, Ramadan, Halloween, and Christmas, processing times may be slightly longer.

Once dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. We use trusted couriers including Royal Mail, APC, UPS, TNT, and FedEx.

Note: While delivery is usually prompt, we recommend ordering early if your stock is for a seasonal or time-sensitive event.

FREE UK mainland delivery on orders over £150 (excluding VAT)
Orders under £150: £8.95 flat rate
Highlands and Islands surcharge: £10
Saturday delivery available on request (contact us after placing your order to arrange)
Delivery usually arrives next working day (Monday–Friday)

🌍 International Delivery

EU Customers

Orders £50–£150: £20 delivery charge
Orders over £150: £25 delivery charge

Rest of the World

Orders £50–£150: £35 delivery charge
Orders over £150: £40 delivery charge

Please note: Shipping costs are based on typical parcel weights. For large or unusually heavy consignments, we may need to calculate a custom shipping fee. If this applies to your order, we will contact you with quotes and invoice options.

You are responsible for any local duties, taxes, or customs fees upon delivery.

📦 Missed Deliveries & Redelivery

If no one is available to receive your parcel:

A card may be left with collection or redelivery instructions.
If uncollected, the parcel will be returned to us. We can redeliver it, but you will be charged again for postage.

⚠️ Important for All Customers

Double-check your shipping address, postcode, and contact number when placing your order.
Parcels marked “uncollected” and returned will require a redelivery fee.
All order discrepancies must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
